    Ad metrics in facebook ads are showing 6 purchases although I have only 3. FB support says it’s because of “third-party” applications. Perhaps you can fix this problem? I’ve already checked for double event’s, haven’t seen any of those.

    Automatic event setup is off

    Thank you for providing the necessary information.

    I used Meta Pixel Helper to check your site and found no evidence of any double event. Plus, with the automatic event setup turned off, it’s unlikely that it’s causing the duplication.

    To investigate the issue further, I recommend temporarily disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce. If you can’t disable all other plugins, try to disable at least the LiteSpeed Cache and Perfmatters plugins, and monitor your Facebook ad metrics to see if the duplication issue persists. This will help us determine if there’s a conflict with any of the other plugins.

    If the issue is resolved, you can re-enable the plugins one by one, checking your Facebook ad metrics after each to identify which plugin is causing the conflict.

    If the issue persists after disabling all other plugins, it would be best to reach out to Facebook’s support team again as they may provide more insight into why the duplication is happening.
