purchase note not always included?

  • hi,

    i have a purchase note on one of my woocommerce products. i found these instructions helpful and have set it up so the purchase note is included on the customer invoice screen at checkout and by email. i have run several tests and i receive the purchase note just fine. however, i have reports of (and a copy of one of the) invoices emailed without the purchase note.

    any ideas how to… track down why it’s not / make it consistent?
