Purchase note not being sent on email

Hi, I have a problem with the purchase note. When I autocomplete the order manually in the admin the email is sent to costumer and the purchase note of the product is also sent, but when the order is autocompmeted by the plugin the purchase note doesn’t appear in the email. I have no idea what could be causing this. Any idea? Thanks!!
