  • Hello,
    I want to purchase your plugin – Abandoned Shopping Cart.
    But I’m interested in a few questions:

    1. I have previously installed plugins from your competitors:

    – YITH WOOCOMMERCE RECOVER ABANDONED CART – but for some reason it sent letters even to those who had already created an order and paid for it.
    – WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery CartFlows – it has not returned any abandoned cart at all.

    I would like to understand how accurately your plugin works, and most of all I’m counting on the Early email capture function.

    2. Can I fully translate the plugin into Russian?

    3. Can I send emails via SendGrid or Amazon SES?

    4. Can I see the demo versions of both the admin panel and the buyer’s version somewhere?

    5. Are there any ready-made email templates for mailing lists? Do they have beautiful designs?

    Thanks for reaching out.
    Please let me try to answer all of your questions:

    1. CartBounty picks up all abandoned carts once a product is added to a cart. You can test it in our Free version already. Early capture will allow you to increase recoverable abandoned cart amounts. You can learn more about Early capture here: Early capture popup
    2. Yes, you will be able to translate it to Russian, we have more information written about translation options in our Docs: Translate CartBounty
    3. At the moment we have integrations with ActiveCampaign, GetResponse, MailChimp and default WordPress email sending. Unfortunately the tools you mentioned are not really in our list at this point.
    4. We do not have Demo versions, however the Free version shows a lot of features you will be able to use in the Pro version. You may want to check our website to learn more with screenshots and Docs: https://www.cartbounty.com
    5. If you choose to integrate with ActiveCampaign, GetResponse, MailChimp – they all have email templates. WordPress recovery option at this point has 3 email styles which you can customize with various options.
