Purchase receipt/download history missing the bought product

    Could you please show me a screenshot of the View Order Details screen in Downloads > Payment History?

    So what is the option for attaching the orders to the user accounts?

    What about the Convert Customers to Users script?

    So sorry for missing your last post.

    Did these orders show the product prior to connecting the customer to the user account?

    I think what happened is this: the plugin you used is significantly out of date and uses improper methods for updating the meta data on the purchase record. When it did this it inadvertently deleted the product data from the purchase record.
