    We have customers that we wish to send a package of gratitude. Is there a provided way to purchase a shipping label without an actual sale? Thanks.

    Hi @pawdl,

    I think this is still possible by creating an order manually for the customer. You could even set the order as a guest order at first, so that the customer doesn’t receive the email notification that an order is processing under their account.

    Once it’s set there you can print a label for it. Does that make sense?

    Hi @ryanr14,

    Thanks for the reply and that does make sense, but I can’t get it work. If I create a manual order and try different order status settings, I never get the option to create a label. If I am on the main orders page and select that order and try the bulk action of create USPS shipment, it fails.

    Hi @pawdl,

    I was able to get this to work, is your order set to processing at the moment? That’s what triggers the shipping label option for me.
