    OK I purchased your product for $19.95 even though it read $9.95.
    Now I see the lifetime licence is not a lifetime? We call that a bait and switch here. Now I have the free version loaded on our website. How do I make it a full Silver which I have purchased?

    @jaywebdude, follow the steps listed here for installing your Pro version:

    – Login to your personal dashboard here: https://backup-guard.com (your credentials were sent to you via email)
    – Navigate to “Products” section and download the Pro package
    – Follow the instructions to link your website
    – Login to WordPress and uninstall Free version from your dashboard
    – Install the downloaded Pro version of the plugin like described in the link: https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/doc/install-backupguard-pro
    – Login to BackupGuard plugin with the same credentials

    That’s it! You’ve successfully installed and authorized your Pro version.
