Purchased bundle, but get errors installing the extensions

  • Yesterday, I purchased the wp2db bundle (email notifications and zip). Now, I want to install the two extensions, but get this error:

    “There was an error installing your premium extension because kan bestand niet kopi?ren” (which means “can’t copy file”)

    Now, a day later I get the following message instead:
    “There was an error downloading your premium extension because too many requests” (probably because I tried to often)

    What to do now? I sent an email to support, but got no answer yet.

    Note:
    * In the administration menu I see that the bundle expires on 28/9/2016, so that seems correct.
    * The chmod of the /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-backup-to-dropbox/ directory is set to 777
