    Hi,

    I purchased a bundle this afternoon for a client but no account was provisioned. I am unable to log in and get the license key. I did receive a receipt from Stripe.

    Any advice? The reset password link never sends an email.

    I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out.

    We’re aware of a little hiccup in the system that happened yesterday — sorry about that!

    Could you please try resetting the password again with the email address you used to make the purchase?

    If you still have troubles, could you contact us via the pre-sales contact form and mention this thread along with the email address used to make the purchase?

    You’re also welcome to include any Stripe information (ie transaction ID etc.).

    Let me know how you get on!

    Thank you for your quick reply. I tried to reset the password, but I did not receive a reset email. I submitted a ticket via pre-sales as you suggested.
