Purchased plugin after I couldn't create new galleries > problem still exists

    I just tried to create a new gallery with the free version. It didn’t let me. So I purchased the plugin from your website and followed the installation steps. Now it still doesn’t let me create new galleries on my website.
    During the purchasing process, I created a login which also no longer works… 5 minutes after I created it ?? I wanted to ask in the support forum on your website but now I can no longer log in.
