    I have purchased your plugin but the status says “On Hold”. I have a deadline job that I need to work on ASAP. Please either refund me or allow me to download your plugin! I have also launched a query with PayPal (in PayPal the payment went through!) – they are waiting for you to respond…

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We found a problem in our internal system which is causing the orders to be on hold. I just marked your order complete and you can access the files now.
