purchased pro version but doesn't work and can't get last 5 updates

I have the paid pro version 1.0 and the software is now at v 1.06 but I cannot find where to update it to get rid of this bug with refreshing messages.

also, admin can send messages to users but users cannot send messages to admin. I have tried subscriber sending to admin and custom roles sending to admin. Neither works.
