    Support for that “Pro” plugin is located on the vendor’s site and the author knows that support for the pro version is not allowed here.

    Thanks for pointing that out and that will be reported as that’s not quite correct. The free version on WordPress repo is supported here. As said, the commercial version is not supported here. Feel free to contact the author directly.
