Purchased products not given credit

Everything has been installed according to the instructions. Already inserted Affiliate ID and both required keys. Created a product which can be found at:

…and made first purchase. Nothing is showing up in the Amazon reports. How long does it take before it’s reported? How can I tell if the problem is on my end, and where?
