I Purchased the Premium Plugin 9 days ago and now need support. I went to submit a support ticket from inside my estatik account and you are trying to charge me $299.00 more.
1 year of support for a single domain came with the purchase when I bought the plugin. So how do I get support for it?
Also, both posting here in your forum, as well as submitting your contact us form states that a copy of our request is sent to us but they never arrive. No, they are not in spam, they are not delivered at all. Can’t you fix this?
