    I am haveing a few payments come through to stripe, but woocommerce has them marked as cancelled? Any ideas?

    I understand on your Stripe Dashboard the payments come through, but on WooCommerce side, they are cancelled.

    Can you share a screenshot of the order notes section?

    Is the Stripe debug mode enabled on your site? If not, make sure to enable it, then try again to create a test order to see if the issue is present.

    Once the issue is present again, go to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs, if there is an error, it will be generated on that section, please provide us the error found to investigate further.

    Still having a problem. seemed to be resolved but it has happened again.

    Hi,

    To help you to investigate, please provide us with the following:

    It would be great if you share your System Status Report, found under WooCommerce > Status, on your site.

    And please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs.

    Once we have that information, we’ll be happy to take a closer look.
