    Just made another theme with underscores and used this plugin to display a map in a footer widget. Followed the instructions, dropped a couple of lines in the functions file and hey presto, it works!!

    Sooooo much easier than messing around for hours and hours trying to do it manually with Google API and all that bla bla bla. No matter what they say, doing maps is NEVER easy … unless you use this plugin.
