Pure CSS Drop-down Menu not working IE 9

Hello all: I have a Pure CSS Drop-down Menu but it is not working IE 9, all other browsers OK. Tried turning off plugins, no avail. Don’t know where to start with this one, if you need the code,

Sorry about the extra lines in the html code. WordPress puts those in and I don’t know why, could fix the css.
