    Hi guys,

I just want to check is there any familiar issue with Purge All Caches link where on click redirect to the 404 – page not found? And it requires several clicks to purge all caches.

I used the latest version of plugin 0.12.0, also also SSL and Cloudflare extension are set.

    Thanks for your time.

    Best regards,
    Nenad

    Hello @nenad-obradovic

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to help.
Can you please share which caching method are you using for Page Cache?
Also, are you using any redirect plugin?
    Thank you!

    Hi Marko,

    1. Page caching via disk: enhanced is currently enabled.
    2. No. Other plugins we used are:
    Anti-Spam
    Contact Form 7
    Google Tag Manager for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Revolution Slider

    Best regards,

    Hi Marko,

I think I found the problem. Anti-Spam cause that redirection, when I deactivated it than purge all caches works fine. I will test it more and also contact the author of that plugin to see what might be the problem.

    Best regards,
    Nenad

    Hello @nenad-obradovic,

    Disk-enhanced doesn’t support caching redirects.
Redirects work in that case like if there’s no W3 Total Cache plugin.
Redirects caching (for other cache engines) work in our tests well, so there may be some incompatibility with other plugins/themes.
Have you tried disabling other plugins and see which one might be in conflict?
    Thank you!
Edit: Sorry I did not see your message. you’ve must have posted it while I was typing.
    Thanks for the info!

    hi marko,

we have installed w3 total cache plugin for our website which is serving from 3 different app servers. on clearing the cache its clearing in only single app server. should we turn on the sync for cache folder? which is currently turned off for this single cache folder.
