"Purge from Page Cache" button doesn't work

  • Hi there,

    We’re using W3TC on our VPS hosted site, and the “Purge from Page Cache” links (to purge a specific page from the cache) don’t seem to work. When I click it, the page spins for a bit and reloads with a message that says, “Page successfully purged,” but then when I go to view the page (whether refreshing it, logged out, viewed in incognito window, etc) it still shows the cached content.

    Might it have to do with .htaccess or permissions? Ideas?
