Purge multiple pages if specific page is updated?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has a function I can use to purge a set of specific pages if a particular page is updated. I know that when a page is updated, it purges it from the cache. However, I have 2 child pages that rely on a custom option in Page A that also need to be purged if Page A is updated.
For example, if Page A is updated, then Pages B and C also need to be purged from the cache along with Page A. Does anyone have a handy function I can use to do this by just plugging in page IDs?
