Purge Server-Side Cache Not Working

  • I tried clearing up server cache clicking on Purge Server-Side Cache on Admin bar but it didn’t worked. I checked the console it was written:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php:1

    Trying to resolve it, I checked by increasing WordPress memory limit to 256mb, cleared up cache, disabled other plugins, fully disabled security but nothing worked.

    Please consider making it work on PHP 8.2 so I can use it!!

    The plugin is compatible with PHP 8.2. Please note that the purge functionality works for websites hosted on servers managed by SureSupport that use the “Server-side Caching” feature available in the hosting Control Panel.
