Purge static file

Hello there!

I want jetpack support to purge all static files of my site (filarmovies.com)
There’s a redirect hack code on the site, which redirect visitors to another site.
Upon searching for code, I came across this link (https://c0.wp.com/c/5.7.2/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js) which contain the redirect link.
