Purging Cache with AO + Cloudflare CDN

Hi, I’m getting a cache full warning in my wordpress dashboard. Could I just click “delete cache” on the AO menu or what are the best practices for proper cache clearing if I’m running cloudflare CDN? Thank you so much.
