    We use Complianz to generate our Cookie Policy.

    Our client noticed the overview of cookies isn’t showing properly.

    I searched for the notice ‘purpose pending investigation’ and came across an article telling me to turn on auto sync with the cookie database. When I try to do that, the option somehow doesn’t get saved.

    I disabled all other plugins and the problem still persists. So I guess it has something to do with your plugin.

    Can you help me out?

    Hi @kevinbrands,

    It looks like the Cookie Policy has not been synchronized with CookieDatabase yet. Could you attempt another “Sync with CookieDatabase” under Complianz > Wizard > Consent > Cookie descriptions?

    Upon completion, this should display the services (such as Complianz, WooCommerce, Google Analytics) along with their cookies.

    Just let me know if you have any further updates about this.

    Hoi Jarno,

    Als ik in de wizard zit, dan zie ik bij Cookie descriptions de ‘Sync’ knop wel staan, maar ik kan deze niet gebruiken.

    Ook als ik bij specifieke cookies de checkbox voor synchronisatie met cookiedatabase.org aanklik en opsla, dan is deze instelling weer weg zodra ik de pagina opnieuw laadt.

    Er lijkt dus iets niet goed te gaan met die instelling.

    Hoi @kevinbrands,

    Zou je ons een mail kunnen sturen via support(at)complianz.io, en daar het “system status rapport” aan toe kunnen voegen in de bijlagen? Deze kan worden gegenereerd onder Complianz > Dashboard > Tools > System Status.

    Dat geeft ons wat aanvullende informatie over de mogelijke oorzaken van dit issue.

    Laat het maar weten, we helpen je graag verder!
