Push a staging site to production – can this be done with personal pro plan?

    Looking to purchase a pro plan as I need to build a brand new website for a client with new theme, plugins etc. whilst current site remains live. I was just wondering if the Personal Pro Plan will allow me to push the staging site once finished to production? Or will I need to opt for Business, Developer or Agency?
