Push Notifications not working for months!

  • Our site has had onesignal push plugin for several years. A few months back it stopped working where a live pop up push shows for our users. I have attempted to get support for months only to be sent a link to “follow our troubleshooting guide” I have done that . The customer support is not what I would expect. Chatting “live” leads to dead silence after a few chats as if they just walk away and do not care. We want someone to actually help resolve not deflect our issue.

    It appears we responded to you several times but we didn’t hear back from you and so closed the ticket. My support team re-opened the conversation to discuss further.

    As a long time user, we would appreciate it if you reconsider your review here as the plugin is still being used on your site, hopefully its not only worth 1 star!
