Put Different Posts on Different Pages

    Hello,

    I am trying to figure out how to attach different posts to different pages; ExamplePpost A to Example Page A, and Example Post B to Example Page B. I would also like to keep all recent posts visible on the Home Page, underneath the featured images.

    I have WP 3.7.1, so I don’t believe I can use Blog-in-Blog as it doesn’t support the newest version. Any recommendations how to accomplish this?
