Put fullscreen picture on static page!

Hi I love the theme and Im interested in buying the version u have on you website:https://smallblog.monkey-themes.com/#

If thats not possible then I would like to know how to make the header image full screen on a static page, like it is on the posts page.

I set my home page at a static page but my featured image at the top has white lines around it. It want it to be as big and pretty as on the blog page.
