Hi, is it possible to put the Job filtering tools in a sidebar as is shown here https://jobs.theguardian.com/jobs/further-education/

I can create a widget-holder to position the job filtering in a new column next to the jobs, but I don’t know what code to put in that widget.

The Guardian site’s filtering has a lot of useful options, can that be replicated in WP-JobManager?

    Thanks

  • Hello. Yes it could be replicated, but I don’t really remeber how to do it. I can’t help you a lot.

Thanks for the speedy reply. You don’t have any clues to what was edited – was it at a functions/hooks level or just shortcode/editing the CSS or PHP template?

@keved this is a pretty complicated modification and borderlines creating a custom interface that hooks into the WPJM API get_listings endpoint.

I agree The Guardians filtering is pretty cool and it’s possible we might try to do something like that in the future.
