Put logo in main menu bar

Hey!
I have changed the very look of theme, everything in my website https://www.studskills.com is good I just want to put a 45*69 pixel logo in my main menu bar at extreme top left. Please help, this is the last change i have to make in my website after which it wil be all set to go.
