Yes. It is enabled to be there by default with the Delete Me setting “Link Enabled” under the “Your Profile” section of those settings. If it isn’t there, make sure that box is checked.

There is a way to add a description on the left of the link like: “Do you want to Delete your account?”

No. The plugin doesn’t have any description field for the link on the profile page. However, you edit the link text to say whatever you like or to use an image. Also, you can edit the text on the deletion confirmation page the link leads to.

Can i have a little example of how the code should be?

You don’t need to use code. Just type the text in the proper box on the Delete Me settings page at Settings -> Delete Me

Sorry for the late answer, I already translated into my language the plugin text.
I did some test and the Delete account link isn’t exactly inside Account Management (one plugin I use take this spot), plus I still think that would be nice to add a description on the left of the link like: “Do you want to Delete your account?” to be sure that people don’t delete their account by error.” .
If is possible i would like to be helped in this little costumization.

I feel like there are already multiple ways to warn the user before Deletion, including having the user confirm his or her password. So, I’m sorry, but I will not be pursuing any further warning customization.
