putting a phpBB forum between WordPress header and footer

  • Hello all,

    Is it possible to put a phpBB forum between the header and footer of WordPress?

    I don’t not want a phpBB to WordPress ‘bridge’ as they will have separate db’s.

    I want to create a page in WordPress, which will show the phpBB forum.

    I read about creating a page with a Slug, then a e.g. forum.php page with an iframe in it with the url of the forum. Can anyone shed anymore light on this? Where does the forum.php page go and what code do I need to put in it?

    Any help much appreciated
