putting a slider on the main page

  • hi I am trying to put a slider on the main page and also add in a few boxes etc but when using the bloglite theme it is blank and I have no idea where to start.

    I have turned the slider on in the appearance setting but there is no where for me to upload the photos I want to use

    To enable the slider go to Admin Panel > appearance > Customize > Blog Lite Options > Slider and check on Enable Slider or Banner options .

    Here select the category of your choice . As the image appear from the featured image section of the post that is assigned to the category , please make sure you have uploaded the image in this section.

    Also, Once verify that you have set the Front page displays to A static page
