• I publish an internal newsletter that has an audience of approximately 12,000. While it is important that folks are reading the articles, I am more interested in knowing if my readers are finding the articles of value or not.

Therefore, I would like to include a “thumbs up/thumbs down” or “like/dislike” option for each article and then be able to pull metrix from these.

Is it possible and if so, how?

I am extremely, extremely html-challenged. So, be gentle with your explanation.

In closing, this newsletter is the primnary “voice” of my particular organization and, therefore, I want that “voice” to be loud and of valuable. Therefore, allowing our readers to evaluate our articles will allow me to ensure that what we are publish is what our folks want and need to hear about.

    Thanks.
