Putting "Follow me on Pinterest" button above the pins

    Hi there,

    Thanks for a really great plugin.

    I am wondering if there is a way to put the “follow me on Pinterest” button above the pins (i.e. first), rather than below the pins (i.e. at the end).

    Also is there any way to change the button from a “Follow Me” to a “Follow Us”?
