Putting posts into categories

    Hello,
    How can I tidy my home page into lists of categories please?

    a number of the posts belong to different categories – and I would like to organise them so that you can click on a link and just access what is in that category?

    Looks like your using the 2011 theme. Just use the category widget in Apperance->Widget and drag the “Category” widget into the sidebar and you can customize it to show the category and the number of posts next to it.
