• Hi there, I have been trying to put a message at the top of my bookstore page offering a discount, as in the link above.

    To make it work, I type it in the blue box above, then go to text mode and copy the code, pasting it in Custom Codes under “value”. The “name” assigned to the left is called “subtitle”. This might be the cause of problems, I do not know:

    1. It all comes out in bold, maybe picking upon the bolded title of the page.
    2. I would like the first line to be bold: “15% discount to USA residents only.” and the rest to be not bold.
    3. I would like this line “Plus, 1 free title for every 3 books bought.” to be underlined.
    4. I would like the second line closer to the first line.

    looks like you are using a plugin to create the popup for discount announcement
    please contact the plugin’s support team for guidance to adjust the display

    thanks Lisa for your prompt reply! Yes, I gave up trying to do it the other way, it was just too clumsy and did not look very good.

    I now have a reasonable popup created, but cannot figure out how to delay it by several seconds, as well as trim it to size?
