Puzzle or Trivia Input Plugin or Function?

I’m wondering if wordpress has a plugin or function that could help me implement trivia or puzzles on my site. I’d like to have an input box for a user to try an answer and then a backend to check the answer to say if it’s right or wrong and then to perhaps display information. I’m not very big into coding, so I don’t know the proper terminology for the coding I’m looking for. I know you can have pages password protected on WordPress, but I’d like to not go that route if possible. I did some digging in the forums and the plugins, but really didn’t come up with much because I suspect I’m not searching the proper terms. Any help is appreciated!
