• I was using a free limited plan, but had run out of optimisation space, so in January 2023, I paid £49to upgrade my plan. I was immediately told that I had just 6% credit left and could not optimise any images on either of my two sites and to retry at the end of February! I was a little puzzled, but tried again a month later, to receive the same message! It is now the end of March and I’m being told again to retry a month later in April! I am bemused and puzzled as to how this works?! I thought that paying £49 would affor me at least SOME credit to use on optimisation?? Am I being hacked or is there an error in the system??

    Unimpressed!!!

    However, I see that you have already contacted us through our support system and the issue was related to being used another API key than the one from the paid subscription. Also, regarding your quota it appears in relation to the one-time plan you purchased in the past.
