PW GC discount not debiting from customer’s account

  • hi, hope this finds you well,

    all seems working fine with the plugin, discounts are set ok in checkout, emails sent with discount ok, but the gift discount amount is not being debited from the user’s account, which is being debited the entire purchase amout without the discount.

    i’m using Wirecard and PayPal as payment gateway, and it used to be ok until a few months ago.

    versions: WP 5.7.2
    PW GC 1.178

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. We haven’t tested with the Wirecard payment gateway plugin. Can you provide a link to where we can find the version of the plugin you are using?

    hello PimWick, how are you doing?

    this issue is still going on..

    would it be possible to advise me on how to restrict payments for those purchasing with PW gift-cards discounts on their cart to ‘PayPal’ and ‘PagHiper’ only? they are both working correctly.

    i’ve contacted ‘Wirecard (MOIP)’ but as it’s still ongoing as they say it’s a plugin issue.. i’d really appreciate being able to keep using your plugin untill this is solved, specially being the end of the year..
    for now, the plugin in disabled on our store ):
