PWB Carousel Not Working

    Good day,

    Trust you are well.

    We have installed your plugin to use on our new website which is in development.

    We have a problem with the PWB Brand Carousel which is not working/loading. As an example we added the PWB Brands function in the sample page link which works perfectly, and we added the PWB Carousel function underneath it which doesn’t load/show. This was all loaded with WPBakery (Visual Composer) and we are using a BeTheme theme currently.

    Can you please urgently assist why this is happening?

    Hi mbotha81.

    There is no carousel in the page you mentioned. Can you add again the carousel in order to check it?

    We added it again to the following page: https://dev.brandstamp.co.za/brands/

    We also did update to the newest version today and added the carousel again. Still the logos/carousel doesnt load.

    We havent received feedback on our previous message.

    The carousel still didnt work even after the latest update today so we removed it.

    We have another problem…on our brands page where we list all the brands there are some gaps where it doesnt place logos!? all the logos are the exact size as can be seen. We also require the logo area in the whole PWB Brands block area to be centred within the 1220 width area. It now aligns/floats left with gaps on the right which doesnt look good.

    Please, don′t forget that PWB is a fully free plugin without any guarantee and support. If you need very urgent support i recommend you to buy a premium brands plugin.

    – You′re brand images do not have the same size, you should upload the images to the same size or use the image_size attribute properly
    – The brands are not “centering” because you′re using ‘width:17%’ to each columns, you should use ‘width:16.666%’ if you want a 6 cols grid.
    – I still can′t see the carousel you mentioned

    I just added the carousel again at the end of that same page. We still cant see anything on it. Do you maybe know why?

    Got the Brands Page fixed with you suggestions and help thank you very much.

    Now its just the carousel that we dont see any logos. We did activate it on the same page at the bottom so that you can have a look?
