[Pytheas Theme] Remove or hide shortcode from portfolio post

I am using the Pytheas Theme and when I post from the portfolio section it posts the image (featured) and the shortcode of whatever I post on the frontpage. Does anyone know how I can remove this without having to not post anything in that section?

Also I would like to disable or remove the date, author, etc from the entire theme. Thanks!
