Q2W3 Fixed Widget 5,2 not fix for users

    Q2W3 Fixed Widget only works when I am logged in as administrator. If I log out as a user, then the plugin does not fix the position. Is this something in the settings? I have not seen access control there. Or is it a feature of the free option?
