Q2W3 in safari and chrome issue

I used Q2W3 in sidebar widget.
The effect I want is float sidebar,and Q2W3 is working on Chrome.
Safari is not working.
Both safari and chrome appear the scrollbar on sidebar,when I scroll down.
How to fix safari issue,and disappear the sidebar scrollbar?
