I fully examined the issue you have raised on this topic and couldn’t see it on my end.

How can we replicate your steps to arrive at the issue on a fresh WordPress installation? Please share some screenshots or a short video from your issue.

In the meantime, For troubleshooting, please do the following steps and let me know the results:

1- Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugin.
2- Deactivate all plugins.
3- Then, first activate the Ocean Extra plugin.
4- Check your issue.
5- Then, activate your plugins one by one
6- After activation of any plugins, check your issue

Note: if you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / WP Rocket / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes.

Thank you for the quick help.
After I deactivated all of the plugins (except elementor), I activated Qi-vertical plugin and it has the same problem, even if every other plugin is deactivated. But if I change the theme to wp theme, there is no issue.

I don’t have any cache plugin at the moment, but I pressed ctrl+F5 combination.

How can we reproduce this issue?

Also, please tell us a little about the versions of plugins you use. To do this, please go to WP Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info Tab and click on the button Copy site info to clipboard. You can send the information as code here or upload them to https://pastebin.com/ and get an exclusive link.

Perhaps other widgets have an issue and influence on it. So, if you have customization, please remove them and test it again. Also, please try to test on a page without any other widgets.

In the meantime, you can contact Qi Addons For Elementor plugin author. Maybe they have a solution that we are not aware of.

Thank you.
My first step was to contact the plugin’s author. They examined everything what you mentioned, and they said the conflict might be with oceanwp theme.
The plugin works on other themes (with other plugin).
I’m sending the code, but if there is no other solution I will delete this plugin or just do everything from the start.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t reproduce the issue on my end. Perhaps you have used the widgets that made conflicts on your home page. Can you please send the home page template?

To do this, you can save the home page as a template on Elementor: https://i.postimg.cc/PJL36SWS/image.png.
Then type the template’s name and click on the “save” button.
Next, use the export button to download the template on the popup modal: https://i.postimg.cc/RhV69YsT/image.png.
After that, upload the file (JSON file) on an online service and share your URL for download.

In the meantime, please check the issue on the page without any other widgets and check the result.
