• Hi John,

On one site I’ve got running W3TC with Redis for our object cache so when i head to QM -> Overview and then across to the Object Cache column it shows:

“Object cache statistics are not available”
    and
    “External object cache in use”

How can I make the cache statistics available?

Interestingly, I have another site on the same server that uses WPMUDEVs Hummingbird Pro also with Redis integration for the object cache. It shows the cache statistics fine!

Both sites use the same Redis instance, with different Redis DBs and each have their own passwords.

What could prevent W3TC cache stats from being retrieved by Query Monitor?

    Thanks
    Piers

Can you let me know the exact object-cache.php driver you’re using? Is it one from W3TC or one from a Redid plugin?

Sure I’ve opened the file and it states at the top that it’s

    ObjectCache Version: 1.4
    W3 Total Cache Object Cache

    Thanks

Using v2.1.0 of the W3TC Plugin
