QR Code Button Not Showing

    Hello. I have the show QR code for affiliate URLs in the affiliate account activated in the admin backend. However, on the front-end affiliate page there is no button to generate the QR code. Is there another plugin required? I am using the free version. Thank you.

    Thank you for reaching out! Please check the affiliate account page to make sure it does not have any JavaScript errors. If you’re not sure how to do this, please check this article: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1364-how-to-check-for-javascript-errors-on-your-site

    The QR code functionality is dependent on JavaScript. If you have any JavaScript errors on the page, our scripts may not run properly.

    If you have a JavaScript error, please take a screenshot of the error and share it with me so that I can check it out.

    Thank you for your reply. No errors showing. I have the switch engaged in the backend for the QR code to show on the account page of the front-end.

    Just to make sure, can you please share a screenshot from your console via our contact form, here: https://slicewp.com/contact/?

    I’ve just retested this feature and on my end it’s working nicely. Also, we have no other reports from our users about this issue, so I want to make sure that JavaScript isn’t the issue.
