• Hello,

I am wanting to use this plugin for a client, but I was wondering if there is way to generate a QR code through the plugin?

The idea is that that the customer will book a bunch of activities, and it will send a QR code in the confirmation email.
On the day of the booking, when the QR code is scanned, it should display all the data from the order (customer info, activities booked, etc…)

Also, we need to have a subscription system. So that a user that is paying a yearly or monthly subscription can book activities for free. Could we do that with the “Prices and Credits” add-on?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    1.

Unfortunately there are no QR code feature, I note your feature request, thank you.

You can manually check in a customer is to go to the backend, in Booking Activities > Bookings > searche the booking thanks to the filters > change the booking status to “Delivered”.

    2.

It is not possible to set up subscriptions that process automatic renewal payments each year / month, that automatically grant the customer credits to make bookings.

However, if you want your customers to manually pay each year / month, this is possible.

You will need to use Booking Activities with WooCommerce to make online payments (docs, demo).

Then, you can use the Prices and Credits add-on indeed, to grant your customers a “Booking Pass” containing x credits to be used for one year / one month (docs, demo). You can sell your Booking Pass at the desired price via WooCommerce (docs, demo). You can set your events price in credits, and you can restrict your Booking Passes to certain activities, for events in a certain time frame, and make them expire after x days.
