qr code suddenly stopped

  • Dear
    Qr code was working normal but sudenly stopped appear and show qr code text with unloded image
    I did the next to fix the issue but not solution
    1- delete all database tables and install wordpress again and active only kaya qr code plugin (not fixed)
    2- disabled all plugins (not fixed)
    3- installed fresh wordpress and then restore the database (not fixed)

    so please advise

    Hello,

    If it doesn’t work with a fresh WordPress installation and only the plugin, there is indeed a problem.

    Are you using a special theme ? I have seen working problems with a theme which have JavaScript errors and blocks the image generation.

    If there is no special theme, please check in your browser console if maybe a Javascript error is stopping the process.
